ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS
We develop architecture projects through external collaborators (architects) in an outsourcing regime.
This way it is possible to count on a highly qualified, experienced and flexible team to meet the specific needs of each project of our clients.
ENERGY CERTIFICATION
We provide energy certification services for buildings and projects. The process of energy certification of an existing building requires the Qualified Experts to consider, or not, the established Simplification Rules.
The adoption of these rules allows many simplifications, making the process much faster, but with the drawback of leading to an energy rating almost always lower than that obtained by not adopting all those simplifications.
At GREENCALC, the certification process always resorts only to the simplifications that are strictly necessary in order to obtain the best energy classification possible, because we believe that this is the only way to serve the interests of our clients.
ACOUSTIC MEASUREMENTS
We perform acoustic measurements in buildings. With our services, we help certify and identify and solve noise problems in buildings.
GREENCALC‘s management declares that all acoustic tests are performed according to the current Standards.
CONSTRUCTION SAFETY
We offer support in the area of Safety in Construction through the development of various activities such as “Health and Safety Coordination in Construction Site and Project”, “Preparation of Safety and Health Plans (PSS)”, and the “Development of the Safety and Health Plan for the site”.
The more experienced and qualified the technicians (Safety Coordinators) are, the more the safety coordination contributes to safety.
At GREENCALC, Safety Coordination on site is carried out by a senior technician of Health and Safety at Work with a degree in civil engineering and over 20 years experience in coordination, thus ensuring the effective defense of the interests of both the Owner of the Work and the Workers.
